Oppose Concealed Weapons Amendment

July 20, 2009 - Senator John Thune (R-SD) has offered an amendment to the defense bill that would allow domestic violence abusers to carry concealed weapons.

Senator Thune's amendment would endanger public safety and further jeopardize domestic violence victims.  We need your help to stop this amendment.  Urge your Senators to vote "NO" on the Thune Amendment!
